About Our Foundation
Learn about our journey, our mission, and the dedicated team working to create lasting change in communities across Greater Los Angeles.
Our Story
Founded on Connection
GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation was established by LyNea “LB” Bell — media executive, distribution strategist, and serial entrepreneur — with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between underserved communities and the opportunities they deserve. What began as a mentorship and career exposure initiative has grown into a comprehensive community empowerment organization.
LyNea recognized that many families lacked not talent or ambition, but connections — to jobs, mentors, educational resources, digital tools, and stable housing. Drawing on her experience leading BH Talent & Literary Agency, GOT ONE TV Network, and GOT ONE TV+, she built a foundation that creates these bridges and empowers individuals to transform their own lives.
Today, GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation operates six core programs that serve thousands of individuals annually, with a track record of measurable outcomes in employment, education, housing stability, and community wellbeing.
