Mentorship Network
One-on-one guidance connecting experienced professionals with community members
Our flagship Mentorship Network pairs trained volunteer mentors with individuals seeking career guidance, life skills development, and personal growth. Through structured 6-month partnerships, mentees gain access to professional networks, industry insights, and the consistent support needed to achieve their goals. Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds including tech, healthcare, education, finance, and the trades.
Workforce Development
Skills training and job placement for sustainable employment
Our Workforce Development program provides comprehensive job-readiness training, industry-specific skills certification, resume building, interview coaching, and direct employer connections. We partner with over 40 local employers to create pathways to living-wage careers in high-demand sectors including healthcare, technology, logistics, and skilled trades. Each participant receives personalized career counseling and up to 12 months of post-placement support.
Youth Empowerment
After-school and summer programs building the leaders of tomorrow
Our Youth Empowerment initiative serves young people ages 12-21 with after-school tutoring, college readiness workshops, leadership development, creative arts programming, and summer enrichment camps. We focus on building self-confidence, academic achievement, and future-ready skills in a supportive environment. Our dedicated youth counselors maintain a 1:8 staff-to-participant ratio to ensure personalized attention.
Digital Literacy & Access
Bridging the digital divide with training and technology access
The Digital Literacy program provides community members with essential computer skills, internet safety education, and access to technology resources. We operate two computer labs in partnership with local libraries and community centers, offer one-on-one digital coaching, and provide refurbished devices to qualifying families. Our curriculum covers everything from basic computer use to digital job applications, online banking, telehealth navigation, and foundational coding.
Community Outreach & Events
Building stronger neighborhoods through connection and celebration
Our Community Outreach program organizes neighborhood events, resource fairs, health screenings, back-to-school drives, holiday assistance programs, and community forums. These events serve as entry points for families to access our full suite of services while building social cohesion and neighborhood pride. We host over 20 community events annually across multiple locations in Greater Los Angeles.
Housing Stability Support
Helping families maintain and secure safe, affordable housing
Our Housing Stability program provides rental assistance referrals, financial literacy workshops focused on housing, tenant rights education, and connections to affordable housing resources. We work with local housing authorities and landlords to advocate for at-risk tenants and help families develop the financial skills to maintain housing long-term. Our housing navigators provide one-on-one case management for families facing housing insecurity.
