Spring 2026 Community Resource Fair Serves Over 800 Families

This March, GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation hosted our annual Spring Community Resource Fair across three locations in the San Fernando Valley and South LA. Over 800 families attended the events, which featured free health screenings, dental check-ups, job placement assistance, financial literacy workshops, and connections to housing resources.

The resource fairs brought together 35 partner organizations, including local healthcare providers, employers, housing agencies, and educational institutions. Highlights included on-the-spot job interviews with five major employers, resulting in 45 preliminary job offers, and over 200 health screenings that identified previously undetected conditions.

Our team noted that this year's fair saw a 40% increase in attendance compared to 2025, reflecting growing community awareness and trust in our services. Planning is already underway for the Fall 2026 edition.
