GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation is proud to announce that 150 individuals graduated from our Workforce Development program in 2025, marking our largest class ever. Of these graduates, 87% secured employment within 90 days of completion, with an average starting wage of $21.50 per hour.
The graduating class included participants from across Greater Los Angeles who completed training in healthcare, technology, logistics, and skilled trades. Each graduate received industry-recognized certifications, personalized career coaching, and ongoing post-placement support for up to 12 months.
Our program leadership emphasized the importance of employer partnerships in achieving these results. Our network of 42 employer partners provides not just job opportunities, but real career pathways with advancement potential.
