About This Program
Our Community Outreach program organizes neighborhood events, resource fairs, health screenings, back-to-school drives, holiday assistance programs, and community forums. These events serve as entry points for families to access our full suite of services while building social cohesion and neighborhood pride. We host over 20 community events annually across multiple locations in Greater Los Angeles.
The Challenge
Social isolation and lack of community resources create barriers to self-sufficiency. Many families are unaware of available services or lack the connections to access them.
