About This Program
Our flagship Mentorship Network pairs trained volunteer mentors with individuals seeking career guidance, life skills development, and personal growth. Through structured 6-month partnerships, mentees gain access to professional networks, industry insights, and the consistent support needed to achieve their goals. Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds including tech, healthcare, education, finance, and the trades.
The Challenge
Many individuals in underserved communities lack access to the professional networks and guidance that are crucial for career advancement. Without mentors, navigating job markets, educational pathways, and career transitions becomes exponentially harder.

First-Generation College Student
